After 17 years in the landscape and outdoor living industry, I noticed a recurring issue among luxury homeowners: wildly inconsistent bids, unclear scopes of work, and projects that failed to meet expectations once construction began. Too often, homeowners were forced to make high-stakes decisions without clear, unbiased guidance. I founded Elevation Outdoor Consulting to change that experience. By providing strategic insight, detailed planning, and independent expertise before the bidding process, Elevation helps clients approach their outdoor living projects with clarity and confidence. Seth Adams grew up in Southern Indiana and has built a 17-year career in the Indianapolis outdoor landscape industry. Known for his adaptability and commitment to understanding customer needs, Seth takes pride in delivering excellent service while fostering strong, relatable leadership within his teams.
With expertise spanning sales, operations, and outdoor design, Seth has consistently driven growth—often tripling or even quadrupling revenue performance in short timeframes. His ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution has made him a trusted partner and proven leader in the industry.
